Delete your JackpotIQ account
You can delete your JackpotIQ account (operated by X Generation Enterprise Inc) at any time, from inside the app or by emailing us. Deletion is irreversible — once your account is gone, we cannot restore your saved combinations, streaks, badges, or subscription history.
Option 1 — In-app deletion (fastest)
- Open JackpotIQ and sign in (if you're not already).
- Tap your profile avatar in the top-right corner.
- Choose Account settings.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
- Confirm the warning dialog by typing the word
DELETEand tapping Permanently delete.
Your account is removed from our systems immediately and you are signed out of every device.
Option 2 — Email request
If you can't reach the in-app flow (for example, you lost access to the email tied to your account), send a message to privacy@jackpotiq.app with the subject line "Account deletion request" and include:
- The email address you used to sign up.
- A short statement confirming you want your account and associated data deleted.
We respond within 5 business days and complete deletion within 30 days at the latest. We may ask you to verify ownership of the account by replying from the registered email or answering a recent activity question.
What gets deleted
Within 30 days of your request, we permanently delete the following from our active systems:
- Your name, email, and any phone number on file.
- Your Clerk authentication record (user ID, password hash, session history, sign-in IP addresses).
- Your saved lottery combinations, lucky numbers, streaks, badges, and Lucky Score history.
- Your in-app preferences (notifications, default game, default strategy).
- Marketing identifiers we used to target you on Meta, TikTok, Google, or X — we send a deletion request to each ad platform through their respective APIs.
What we keep (and for how long)
Some records must be retained for legal, tax, accounting, or fraud-prevention reasons. We minimise these to what we are legally required to keep:
- Billing records (Stripe transactions, invoice metadata, refund history) — retained for 7 yearsper US tax law and Stripe's payment processor requirements.
- Security & abuse logs (sign-in attempts, rate-limit triggers, suspicious activity) — retained for 12 months, then deleted.
- Aggregated, non-identifying analytics (how many combinations were generated across all users, p50 response times) — retained indefinitely because no individual is identifiable in this data.
- Backups — encrypted database backups roll over on a 35-day cycle; your records are purged from backups within that window after deletion completes.
Subscription cancellation
Account deletion automatically cancels any active Pro subscription at the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged again. If you have already paid for the current period, we do not issue a prorated refund — please refer to our Terms of Service for the full cancellation and refund policy.
If you only want to stop receiving marketing
You don't need to delete your account to stop hearing from us. From the same Account settings screen you can:
- Disable email notifications.
- Disable SMS notifications.
- Disable in-app push notifications.
- Opt out of all marketing while keeping account-essential emails (receipts, security alerts, terms updates).
